geo textiles.
The global demand for knits and knitwear is growing at a
furious pace as lifestyles are changing rapidly and knitted
garments provide the perfect silhouettes for leisure and
sports activities. The hosiery industry in India is 100 years
old and rapid development has come about in the last 50 - 55
years. A remote town in Punjab, Ludhiana soon became an
important production center, thanks to its dedicated
hardworking people. One such man who had the vision to foresee
the unending boom in the hosiery industry in Ludhiana was
Mr.M.S. Arora. The quest for quality began in 1980 when Mr.
M.S. Arora was working as a manager in some processing unit
dreamt to be an entrepreneur and start his own unit. His dream
came true when in 1982 he successfully started his own unit. |
